2. Mediation by BitSilco:

   - Our team will act as a neutral mediator and strive to reach a fair and satisfactory resolution for both parties.


3. Refund Policy:

   - Refunds may be issued in cases where:

     - The buyer's payment is confirmed, but the seller needs to release the cryptocurrency within the specified timeframe.

     - The seller confirms receipt of payment, but the buyer still needs to receive the cryptocurrency.

   - Refunds will be processed promptly upon dispute resolution and may be subject to processing fees.


4. Fraudulent Activity:

   - BitSilco takes fraudulent activity seriously and will investigate any suspected fraud cases.

   - Users found to be engaging in fraudulent behavior, including chargebacks or unauthorized transactions, may be subject to account suspension or legal action.


5. User Responsibilities:

   - Buyers and sellers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their advertisements and complying with the terms of the trade.

   - Users are encouraged to exercise caution and conduct due diligence before entering P2P trading transactions.
